As a seasoned health care executive, David encountered many people whose lives have changed. Through these and other experiences, he discovered that no matter our station in life, change is a constant to be embraced. David regularly draws upon his 25 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and customer service in guiding others toward the acceptance of change as a gift and, then, inspiring them to use that gift as a launching pad toward great leadership.
In 1990, David's national search for family excellence culminated in the book, Back To The Family, by Ray Guarendi. Three years later, David designed, "The Values Tournament," a character-building tool for parents and youth. In 1996, David's Conquering the Culture: The Fight for Our Children's Souls was published for parents who desired to raise moral children in an immoral world. His second book, Desiderata: A Teenager's Journey to God, shares stories of saints and contemporary heroes whose calling captures the "spirit" of the Joyful, Sorrowful, and Glorious Mysteries. His third book, Happiness, Only in the Next: 7 Choices for Eternal Life, reminds readers they can spend eternity trying to figure out how to be happy in this world, or do what it takes to experience eternal happiness. His most recent book, The 'F' Word: Good Words for Great Leaders, introduces readers to the power of freedom, focus, fortitude, fidelity, forbearance, forgiveness and faith.
On a final note, David and his wife Cindy have been blessed with their marriage of 40 years and three children and five grandchildren.
